5. Weather, Safety & Operational Flexibility
5.1 Our experiences operate across a range of conditions reflective of Waiheke Island’s natural environment.

This may include weather events, ferry disruptions, venue closures, road conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

8. Transport & Third-Party Services
8.1 Ferry services are operated independently and are not owned or managed by Uncharted Islands.
8.2 As such, we are unable to guarantee sailing schedules or availability and accept no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or capacity constraints affecting ferry travel to Waiheke or any onward travel but will do our best to assist.
